Advanced Nano Water Treatment Platform

Specialized chemistry, integrated through engineering.

A treatment platform for accelerated contaminant aggregation and clarification - evaluated and configured for the specific water or wastewater application.

Platform overview

How the treatment mechanism works

Supplied technical documentation describes a nanocoagulant that promotes rapid coagulation and a custom nanoflocculant that accelerates floc formation. The resulting aggregates are separated through sedimentation or a suitable clarification stage.

For reuse applications, downstream sand filtration, activated-carbon filtration and disinfection or additional polishing may be required.

Discuss a Pilot

Rapid aggregation

High-surface-area treatment products are intended to destabilize and aggregate contaminants into separable flocs.

Application-specific integration

The chemical stage is one component of a complete treatment system, not a universal substitute for every process stage.

Treatment sequence

A transparent process architecture

Actual stages are confirmed after water analysis, trials and engineering assessment.

01

Water characterization

Representative sampling and evaluation of solids, organics, colour, nutrients, metals and other project-relevant parameters.

02

Initial settling or equalization

Applied where required to stabilize flow, remove gross solids or create suitable reaction conditions.

03

NanoCoagulant

Destabilizes suspended and colloidal contaminants to initiate rapid aggregation.

04

NanoFlocculant

Accelerates floc growth and improves settling or separation characteristics.

05

Solid-liquid separation

Sedimentation, clarification or other separation selected around the application.

06

Polishing & disinfection

Sand, activated carbon and additional treatment barriers are applied as required for discharge or reuse.

Where it may add value

Potential benefits to validate

Benefits are assessed against baseline performance, chemical use, sludge, space, energy and treated-water objectives.

Rapid clarification

Documentation indicates fast aggregation and settling response in suitable applications.

Retrofit compatibility

Dosing and separation stages may be integrated into existing treatment trains.

Reduced process complexity

Some streams may be treated with fewer reaction stages, subject to validation.

Pilot-based optimization

Dosage, reaction time, sludge and downstream quality can be measured before scale-up.

Do not interpret “rapid treatment” as a universal guarantee of complete treatment in a fixed time. Hydraulic retention, biological requirements, filtration, disinfection and applicable standards may still govern the complete system.
